Economy
Value
With the Tutonic and Jap metal being kept artificialy high through MUST HAVE mentality we in the know are getting excellent value for money.
Costs
Citroen UK change parts prices constantly. Main dealers keep trying to sell you a new car. I get it looked after by an independant specialist.

On the road
Driving
A pleasure. It corners like it's on rails and eats miles. I am always amazed how quickly I arrive at my destination.
Performance
Much improved since I started using top quality plugs/oils/filters etc every 5000 miles and using only OPTIMAX. Responsive to 3000 revs, from 3000 to the limiter it howls. Recently drove a 2.0 Turbo and a 3.0v6 24 valve both of which get 5 stars.

Living with it
Reliability
Has never let me down. Starts first time every time.
Image
A design classic. If you can't see it you are not looking properly.
Comfort
Nothing better. If you have been in one, you know already; if you haven't, what are you waiting for?

Security and Service
Security
None luckily being silver/grey it is almost invisable.
Service
The independant specialist is a small father and sons outfit established over 30 years ago is first class and at £30 per hour labour very affordable. I have heard the local Main dealer and some AA patrolmen ask their advice.
