Economy
Value
Bought in part exchange. Got a good deal. For such a big car.
Costs
If you go over 65 mph the petrol consumption is less than 37mpg common service -parts cheap. insurance cheap.

On the road
Driving
High up- van experience, easy to get in and out of. Difficult to manoeuvre in car parks. Reasonable seating. Requires gearbox additives to reduce whine and gear leaver noise. (makes a difference.) Made for the motorway.
Performance
Good for 1.6, but engine must have frequent plug changes, good tapet clearances, good oil, an oil additive does help. Likes to be well tuned, for performance.

Living with it
Reliability
Occasionally cuts out when coming up to a junction, and sometimes difficult to start from hot. Tune up helped
Image
Many disabled drivers like it and older people. Not a passion wagon.
Comfort
Smooth ride plus soft front seats make good comfort. Rear seats are hard for long journeys. Poor leg room at the back

Security and Service
