-
Economy
Value
Without doubt for medium families on a budget it is the perfect vehicle.
Costs
Servicing is not a biggie – pays to shop around for quotes and supply own oil.
-
On the road
Driving
With or without family it always rides well, little loose when laden to the gunwhales.
Performance
90bhp from a 2.0 diesel turbo is pitiful but can be described as ample for a family carrying vehicle.
-
Living with it
Reliability
No faults, just too many recalls (4) for problems that shouldn't exist.
Image
You'll be surprised how many people like its styling.
Comfort
Everybody is happy, even the dog in the boot. Takes time to find the best position for the driver.
-
Security and Service
Security
One immobiliser key is ridiculous, no alarm could be a blessing based on the neighbours experiences.
Service
Smaller dealers have better attitudes towards the buyer.
-
Problems and Ownership
Problems
Engine
None.
Other
Disc front brakes are notorious for squealing at any speed and Citroen don't want to know about it even though mine has reached deafening point.
Ownership
Did you buy the car new?
New
Would you buy the same model again?
Yes
Did you buy from the same manufacturer again?
Yes
