Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Easy. Steering a little lifeless but safe. Acceleration adequate, but overtaking on A roads can be problematic. Light controls. Variable speed intermittent annoying - varies with vehicle speed.
What's it like to park?
Large turning circle makes it more awkward than it should be. Not easy to judge front & rear end position.
-
Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Engine thermostat leaked - fixed under warranty. Nothing else in 87000 miles.
What's most practical about your car?
Luggage carrying capacity plus the ability to carry five adults in comfort. No DPF or DMF so far less to go wrong than on a modern EU legislation crippled diesel. Excellent fuel economy - 48mpg average in mixed driving - but a lot depends on tyres and weather.
