Dacia Logan MCV (2013 - 2020) 0.9 TCe Laureate 5d Owner Review
Want to know everything there is to know about this car?
In their own words
If you’re after a budget family car, a car for trip to the recycling centre, for exercising the dogs it really is a car for the people, suspension does feel a little harsh around town but on the open road it’s comfortable, gearchange does feel a little agricultural but again adapt your driving style and it’s fine. Don’t expect sports car performance but I’ve found found my engine more than willing, cruise control and speed limiter works well, standard audio with Bluetooth and usb input is fine. Stop/start system works well, pedals nice and light to operate and not too close together.
Engine has been the best bit I’ve done just under 85000 in it and I didn’t expect much from it being a 900cc 3 cylinder but it’s a willing unit and with the turbo happily picks it’s feet up when needed, average mpg around town has been an indicated 41-44mpg, on a run it returns an indicated 54mpg at 6with the cruise set at 66mph.
Service costs have been low and other than basic servicing, wiper blades, brake pads and tyres been reliable with no breakdowns,
All in definitely a car I’d recommend.
How reliable do you find the car?
Tyre pressure monitors had issues initially, as did cruise control but all sorted and been trouble free.About their car
