For the money, you really cant complain about any of the minor drawbacks, and so far I've had no issues with it. It's cheap to insure, tax and run, although I was hoping for better MPG considering the 0.9 engine is tiny. It's a decent size, the boot is a good space and the back seats are good too. Appearance wise its not too shabby at all from the front, if generic and unremarkable from the side and back. One definite grip is with the isofix points - the actual metal loops are not where the seat labels say they are, and they are pretty fiddly to get to and detach for the seats we have. Once in, its perfectly solid and has anchor points too, but if you do a lot of lifting and shifting, its annoying. The drive is fine, although when using ECO mode in particular, the small engine size really suffers with power - going up a steep hill needs several downshifts. As a run about to do local journeys and the odd long run, its been great, and I really havent found much wrong with it, and plenty to be happy about for the money.
Does the car do everything you expected it to do?
It's super cheap, so you're probably not expecting too much. It's solid enough as a run about, and reasonably spacious. Some of the cost saving measures are plain irritating - only window controls on the central dashboard, boot doesnt open unless with key or internal handle, isofix points arent where they should be, and the interior handle just feels in the wrong place.
