Dacia Sandero (2013 - 2021) Ambiance SCe 75 5d Owner Review

Demo car engine clearly warmed up as it didnt splutter and cough on start up. At 3800 miles the car developed a rocker box gasket leak, dacia dealer booked the car in for repair 3 weeks later the day before the car was due to go in the dealer phoned and cancelled the booking because the new gasket had not arrived turns out another this was September 2018 it turned out another dacia sandero owner had been waitng since July for his new gasket 7 weeks later the new gasket still had not arrived meanwhile I had to shell out for 5 litres of oil to keep it topped up . rough trim edges meant I kept catching my clothes on unfinished trim, when pulling away from cold the engine would cough and splutter, pulling away from lights,roundabouts etc the car had no power clearly the engine at 75bhp is useless the gasket failure on such a new car was the end part exchanged it for a more reliable low mileage Nissan Juke dacia worst car I have ever owned only good thing about the sandero was the boot space was good .
