Old, posh, elegant even though im 29.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

Love it, thiey think im loaded (im not) ha ha get called arthur daley a lot but i dont mind.

Would you buy this car again and why?

Yes i would, if i had more money i would buy this or the xjr which is the sporty version, last of the great looking jags.

What are you likely to buy next?

Another jag, proabably another old x308 model less miles perhaps.

Did you get a good deal and why?

I think i paid a little over the odds but i was determined to get this car, i managed to haggle £250 off but he wouldnt budge on anymore,.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

Love jags.

What was the dealer like?

Friendly and very helpful.

What's it like to drive?

Effortless, like driving in your sofa, eats up the miles although if you dont check the speedo often you can find yourself doing 100mph before you know it.

What's it like to park?

Depends what your like at driving! it has parking sensors so i find it quite easy but doing a 3 point turn on a narrow street will test your patience.

Have you had any problems with the car?

I have had "gearbox fault" pop up and a lump when put into gear, well known problem with these cars,these are supposed to not need servicing but they do!! so gearbox reflash and oil change, best part of £400 but problem solved now lovely and smooth.

What's most practical about your car?

Its a joy to steer, so smooth and soft, so turning on a six pence isnt too difficult.

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

Cruise control,heated seats,and the telephone in the front and back, i have bought a 99p sim card and divert all my calls to this number when driving and works really well.
