Economy
Value
Compare it to a 35,000 miler 306 GTi (which there are none of) or an Astra SRi2.0 of same ages and you need 2000 pounds more!
Costs
Gentle driving gives good MPG return but push it and watch needle drop. Cambelt change an expensive job but cheaper than engine rebuild!

On the road
Driving
On rough surfaces it can be bad but it's nice otherwise. The engine is sublime.
Performance
5 cylinder engine is something to behold and when pushed it's quick and refined! Lacks torque until 3300rpm.

Living with it
Reliability
With Bravos it's either brilliant or soul destroying… so far it seems good. Touching wood again.
Image
Car looks so much better than ANY rival. Nice interior.
Comfort
Very good seats. Leather interior is even better though! Excellent on motorway and any smooth road!

Security and Service
