Summary
What does this car say about you?
That I'm not seduced by the VW brand.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
They like it, especially the Maserati blue paint and the two tone wheels. No complaints from them as passengers either. The ribbings I received for buying Italian from certain German car owning friends have subsided after their cars (Audis, VWs, and Mercs) have all had issues and my little Fiat has been trouble free.
Would you buy this car again and why?
If I didn't need more space, definitely.
What are you likely to buy next?
Need a bit more space so probably an Alfa 159 Sportwagon with the same engine as my Fiat.

Managed to knock him down by £500.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
It was affordable, economical, and I liked the colour.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Lovely on a motorway, Fiat know how to design a diesel engine. Quite a smooth ride as well. Understeers pretty badly in corners though, especially compared to Fords and the latest VWs.
What's it like to park?
Easy peasy thanks to parking sensors and Fiat's city button which lightens the steering.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
The Fiat badge fell off the boot button. And that's it.
What's most practical about your car?
Decent sized boot, rear leg room okay for a car of its size.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
The Blue&Me system, whilst very basic compared to more modern media systems, works well. The windscreen blower is very speedy to warm up, if not a patch on the one you find in a Ford.
