Fiat Bravo (2007 - 2014) 2.0 Multijet (165bhp) Sport 5d Owner Review

In their own words
Bought the car cheap with 157,000 miles on it. Carried out some basic servicing; oil and filters, timing belt, brakes and bushes, and then begun modifying it. It's on 187,500 miles now and has been 100% reliable. I even considered getting a 2011 lower mileage one, that's how much I love it! These cars are a bargain and for what you get, performance, practicality, economy, style, it's hard to justify spending 3 or 4 times as much for an equivalent powered Golf GTD or A3 170bhp. Will be keeping for the foreseeable future, or until I manage to kill it.
How reliable do you find the car?
I'm putting this down to the high mileage. It needed a new driveshaft to sort out a wobble under acceleration (common across the range apparently) Rear wiper didn't work, needed a new motor. Other than that, just regular servicing and suspension. Can't fault it!Does the car do everything you expected it to do?
Economical, cheap to repair, looks amazing, fast (recently mapped to 190bhp and 400nm and it's even faster!) Sport trim can be a bit uncomfortable on back roads but the seats are lovely to be in. Suspension is just a bit firm, nothing I can't live with.About their car
