Economy
Value
Cheap to buy privately but you"ll pay more than it's worth at a garage.
Costs
Insurance is supposedly cheap but an average quote for myself was around £1900; the cheapest I found was £1500.
-
On the road
Driving
Fun cars to drive around twisty lanes. Holds the road very well.
Performance
This is quick for a 1.1 and feels faster than it really is because of its sporty ride.
-
Living with it
Reliability
Starts first time in winter. Is capable of hundreds of thousands of miles if their looked after and serviced regularly.
Image
Eye-catching but hardly a boy racer!
Comfort
Seats are supportive. Can feel a bit tight for big people but plenty of head- and leg-room for the taller driver.

Security and Service
Security
Has an immobiliser, but fitting an alarm is recommended.
Service
I don't take it to a Fiat dealership so I can't say.

Other
None, but I've heard of a problem with rusty fuel tanks that eventually leak.
