Fiat Coupe 20V Turbo 2d (1998/S) Owner Review

Economy
Value
For the price of a second hand hatchback, you can get a supercar. That is value for money.
Costs
People say this car is expensive to maintain but although I have had work done on it, it doesn't seem too expensive compared to most modern cars. 28mpg around town isn't to bad considering what's under the bonnet. Tyres can be £100+ each, though.

Driving
Comfortable driving position. A real treat to drive. You can feal the bumps on uneven ground but you will do with this type of car.
Performance
WOW super smooth power all the way through and wont stop accelerating 'til 155mph, this car as standard will blow your mind. Cornering can be hairy at speed.

Living with it
Reliability
Engine seems bulletproof although drinks oil. Very reliable although 74,000 miles now things are starting to need replacing, bodywork can suffer from idiots who open their doors on yours so be careful where you park.
Image
Sexy individual styling. Looks great from any angle. Looks 20 times more expensive than it is.
Comfort
Sexy modern interior by Pininfarina. A bit tight getting in and out but I am 6 ft 3. Nice leather can crack in the sun though. Chairs can rattle though, which is annoying.

Security and Service
Security
Good alarm and immobiliser, although I think I'm lucky with alarm.
Service
Haven't used Fiat as yet.

Rock solid. Can take a right beating as long as you look after it.
