Summary
What does this car say about you?
Someone who is prepared to think out of the box - a break from the normal Zafiras and Scenics etc.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Everyone who gets inside it loves it but not everyone likes the exterior styling even our face lifted model.
Would you buy this car again and why?
Yes - there is nothing else on the market like it at the price point. The Honda FRV is too expensive.
What are you likely to buy next?
Probably another Multipa if I can find one, they really are scarce both on the road and in the showrooms.

Buying experience

Franchise
Did you buy this car new?
No

£12,000
When did you buy the car?
March 2005
Did you get a good deal and why?
Yes - Ex-demonstrator with 300 miles on the clock.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Required more space at a reasonable price and the Multipla fitted the bill.
What was the dealer like?
Excellent - very friendly and bent over backwards to accomodate our needs.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Very good for such a wide, heavy and high car. Diesel engine is powerful and smooth. Handling and grip is amazing - you can really have some fun with it! Takes a bit of getting used to the width but this gives it a great road presence.
What's it like to park?
Superb - high driving position and lots of glass to see out off plus the bi-level exterior mirrors help you get inch perfect. Thr is only 4 metres in length so you can park it anywhere a normal car can park.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Power steering rack had a slight oil leak so was replaced under warranty. Front springs were replaced as part of a Safety recall.
What's most practical about your car?
6 full size seats, tardis-like interior space, high driving position, powerful diesel engine.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
All of it!
