Value
Great concept. Proper MPV.
Costs
Parts and servicing costs high. Good on fuel.

Driving
Very car-like to drive, due to height and lots of glass - good visibility.
Performance
Fast and Frugal. Average MPG 44.

Living with it
Reliability
Clutch slave cylinder after 13 months from new. Injection sensor on accelarator pedal faulty, under warranty all made worse by poor dealership.
Image
I like cars that are different - my other car is a 2CV. The Multipla stands out from the crowd. Easy to find in a car park - it's like driving a mobile greenhouse. Visibility is good with so much glass.
Comfort
Very good on long journies. 18 hours drive from Telford to La Coruna (Northern Spain). Lots of space for luggage, kids, dog, oh and the wife, then 2 parents added.

Security and Service
Security
No alarm fitted. Had alarm fitted - its looks could be a deterent.
Service
Very poor dealer in Telford. Next nearest is 25 miles away. Fiat UK not in UK, but Italy. I have owned Fiats for 16 years but this will be the last.
