Economy
Value
Bought a 5 year old car for £3000; thought it was good value at the time, but the costs in repair have let it down.
Costs
Guzzles petrol like nothing I've seen before. Could be because of induction kit, but it uses more petrol than a 1.8 GTi Escort!

Driving
Ok to drive. Rattles here and there. Is a bit of a bumpy ride, but suspension is lowered 40mm so could be the reason.
Performance
Very quick for its lacking BHP. Does well over book speed!

Living with it
Reliability
Was very good to start with, but now is never starting unless accelerator is fully pushed in. Battery cuts out.
Image
Looks good in 3-door model. Don't think much of 5-door.
Comfort
Ok. Been in comfier seats and had a better ride, but ok.

Security and Service
Security
Had a Cat1 alarm fitted after buying. Without it, it'd be very easy to break into; no immobiliser or anything to protect it.
Service
Told me that everything was out of warranty when it all went wrong. If they had explained it, I could have saved a fortune.
