I'm a girl and sometimes I think it needs more oomph

Exhaust has fallen off 3 times and the heat shield has 1/2 fallen off which makes such a loud rattling noise. In strong sunlight electric window don't always work and need time to cool down. Also engine coolant doesn't seem to last long.
