-
Economy
Value
Reasonable - loads around at good prices now new one out !
Costs
So cheap to run for a so-called 'sports' model - MPG fantastic, cheap servicing.
-
On the road
Driving
Handles well around town - feels a bit lightweight on longer motorway journeys. Nippyish, but wouldn't say fast - Saxo VTR much better drive and feel.
Performance
Satisafactory - Depends what you're used to. Feels fast if you're used to basic 1.2s, but a comedown if you're used to bigger engines.
-
Living with it
Reliability
No problems aside from rear washwiper, which worked when it felt like it and wouldn't switch off unless boot slammed down! Electric window motors very poor - work, but a little slow.
Image
Boy racers love it. Get the 'look' from them. Otherwise, your posh neighbours see it as ok - looks good when clean and tidy - good in red with black trim.
Comfort
Ok for around town, but on longer journeys, can get a bit stiff and cramped - good seat adjuster ( height included ) and steering adjustement to suit.
-
Security and Service
Security
Immobiliser as standard, but you may want to get a good alarm - caught the odd person sniffing it out.
Service
Fiat dealers are poor!! Well, the ones I've come accross anyhow - change anything they feel they can get away with - go independant - won't damage SH when you come to sell if not from main dealer.

Problems and Ownership
Problems

No worries - sound and revvy. Gears could do to be set higher as you need to change up early.
