Economy
Value
Bought for £1750 a year ago. A lot of car for your money
Costs
Cheap to run considering it's a 1.6, v good economy on 60 mph roads. Servicing and parts expensive.

On the road
Driving
Handles ok, lots of understeer. A bit unstable. Revs too high on motorway needs a 6th gear.
Performance
Good! Plenty of low down torque, close ratio gearbox designed for acceleration. No hot hatch though.

Living with it
Reliability
Poor. new gearbox at 50k, rubbish fiat alloy wheels very weak. Shocks, bushes trailing arm all needed replacing at 60 k
Image
Fantastic Italian style and charisma. If only they could transform that into quality. Compare styling to 106, Clio and Fiesta's of its age. Great looking car
Comfort
Poor feels tinny uncomfortable on long journeys. poor seats!
