Fiat Punto Hatchback 1.2 Chill 3d (2004/54) Owner Review

-
Economy
Value
Outstanding even against other superminis. Negotiate hard though.
Costs
Very cheap to insure and 43-47mpg. No moans at all.
-
On the road
Driving
Very positive and typically Italian, with good handling and roadholding.
Performance
Adequate, but nothing like the get up and go of our previous old model, the 1.1 Punto. Clearly the new safety kit and bodyshell has made it significantly heavier. Compensation is that it's much quieter at cruising and good consumption.
