Summary
What does this car say about you?
I love vans but need the flexibility of rear seats for passengers, etc - Also that I'm serious about fuel economy & low road tax.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Friends know I love this car/van - I'm over 6 feet tall, pushing 50 & care about the environment - So low little 'girly' cars or gas-guzzling speed machines are never going to be my thing.
Would you buy this car again and why?
YES DEFINITELY - I drove from Yorkshire to Kirkcaldy to go and get this one.
What are you likely to buy next?
FIAT QUBO 95BHP TREKKING (same again).

No
What price did you pay?
£0
When did you buy the car?
February 2015
Did you get a good deal and why?
Paid about the 'parkers' suggested price for a very low mileage car/van with less than 9000 miles on the clock.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Large flexible boot/load space - frugal diesel engine - extra oomph & traction on trekking model.
What was the dealer like?
Friendly & efficient.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Acceleration is slow from standing start but is fine once cruising along & very good up hills - High driving position so easy to get in & out of seats - very comfortable - good visibility.
What's it like to park?
Great with the flat back & large wing mirrors - Not much longer/wider than a small hatch-back but with so much more boot/load space and head room for the car's 'footprint'.
-
Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Glow plugs take a while to warm up on cold mornings.
What's most practical about your car?
Great fuel economy & £20 pa road tax - Massive boot space - flexible too with rear seats which split & fold/roll down or can be removed completely - sliding rear doors & flick-open rear windows which are better than roll down windows in the rear when travelling & when leaving the windows open when the dog's in the boot - privacy glass in the rear is great too.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
95 bhp trekking model has more oomph & feel safer driving with snow/mud tyres, traction control & hill start features.
