Economy
Value
Pre-registered (Mar 2005) car purchased new at almost £4K discounted from Manufacturers recommended price in May 2005.
Costs
No costs apart from diesel fuel. Car averaged 50 MPG over 8500 miles of mixed driving. 55 MPG achievable on A class roads easily if you keep to 60/70 MPH.

On the road
Driving
Good road holding generally, but tyres fitted from new are poor in snow/slush.
Performance
115 BHP from a refined diesel engine makes the Multiwagon pull well. I previously had a 2002 3 door Stilo Dynamic but needed more space so I bought the Multiwagon. Noticed little difference in performance from the sporty looking yellow 3 door version.

Living with it
Reliability
8500 miles in 8 months no problems whatsoever.
Image
A boring looking but underated good car with little image. Fantastic for shifting stuff with seats down. Wheelarches do not intrude into load area.
Comfort
Good quality trim and seats means long journeys are not tiring.

Security and Service
Security
No problems so far, all glass intact. Standard immobiliser fitted.
Service
I bought this car from Pinneys Luton 200 miles from my home, so can't comment on service standards
