What does this car say about you?

Practical oreintated. Simple by design and very easy to live with. It works and is the best buy for load area in any estate.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

Novel, Interesting, Never Seen one, even though friends have been in it, and said is this a Toyota / Renault, no its a FIAT, people versy surprised but also very curious.

Would you buy this car again and why?

As said this is our second, the first MW we had never broke down, as long as serviced by a good garage that knows its Fiat's, that one clocked up 60k in 5 years, but was a non air con model. This one just been run in at 66k and condition of it is neigh on perfect. Sadly Fiat do not make anymore, as also they do not make the larger Fiat Croma / Multipla. For space reasons, may not be a Fiat, but an Alfa!

What are you likely to buy next?

As no replacement for the Multiwagon with the 1.9 Multijet engine, likely to be in at least 3 years time a Alfa 159 JTDm Sportwagon.

Yes, as it was cash, sold as seen. No warranty sold or implied.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

Previously had a Multiwagon 1.9 on a 04 plate.

What was the dealer like?

Excellent, but struggled to agree final price, as I was bartering as they could not prove the cambelt service had been done on its 5th Birthday.

What's it like to drive?

Its no Alfa Romeo, but soaks up bumps on the standard 16" alloys, engine is quiet compared to a VW Group car, could do with a 6th gear, but engine at speed is very quiet. Loads of low down torque.

What's it like to park?

Easy, even easier when City mode pressed on. Visibility is great front and rear. Parking sensors where an option in 2006, but mine does not have them fitted.

Have you had any problems with the car?

This is my second 1.9 MW. This one I had the cambelt service and water pump done after buying it. Thus far at 3000 miles later no problems. MW has 66K on the clock.

What's most practical about your car?

Boot is vast, perfect for camping and the dogs, interesting spli tailgate makes loading shopping a doddle. Cooled glovebox works a treat.

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

Split Tailgate, Adaptive Cruise Control, Privacy Glass and very supportive seats.
