Ford Fiesta 1.1 3d (1992/K) Owner Review
-
Economy
Value
Very cheap, but then you don't get a lot.
Costs
Parts are really cheap paid. I £60 for a whole non-genuine exhaust system.
-
On the road
Driving
Gear changes are good and steering even without PAS, but handling is awful. Watch out for back-end round roundabouts and corners.
Performance
Really slow, but adequate in cities.
-
Living with it
Reliability
Had a sticky solenoid throttle cable, so the car felt like it was on cruise control.
Image
Bit of a girls car, but ideal for first car on a tight budget.
Comfort
Seats not too bad, quite supportive.

Security and Service
Security
Rubbish. Anyone could easily break into it and steal it.
Service
Slow ordering in new parts.
