Good fun to throw around. Suspension seemed overly firm on mine but I've driven a couple of others that were fine.
Performance
XR2i performance (almost) with nowhere near the same insurance premium.

Not much ever went wrong with mine, but if it did, it's a Ford so it's quick, easy and cheap to fix.

Seats quite firm. The back isn't a very nice place to be.

Someone had fitted the wrong track control arms on mine, resulting in uneven tyre wear and poor handling.
