Value
They are cheap to buy, but be carfeful; most have been abused. I picked up a nice, clean, looked after example.
Costs
Not too bad on petrol, if you take it easy.

Driving
Ride is a bit harsh, but engine is smooth.
Performance
Not great under 2-3k rpm, but over that it goes well. Underrated by many people, I feel.

Started first time every time for me. Reliable Zetec engine.

Looks good, without being too much of a 'boy racer' image.

Seats are very impressive, but still a bit plasticy inside.

When I bought it, mine was fitted with an aftermarket alarm & immobilser. I would recomend to fit a immobiliser at least.
