What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

Everyone says how lovely it is and they are really shocked for a 9 year old car it has all the modcons of a brand new car

Would you buy this car again and why?

yes i would but not the zetec model as that is the one that seems to have revving problems

What are you likely to buy next?

I would love a Focus as fiest is a bit cramped for a family of 5

bought it off my sister in law but i always liked it and asked her to sell it tome if she ever wanted to sell

What's it like to drive?

a bit clonky underneath i think it is the exhaust, its cozy and the heaters are fantastic. steering is light and brakes are fab considering they re not abs.

Have you had any problems with the car?

mmm my car has just turned 103,000k so i expected a few problems. During its diy service noticed the water pump bearing had gone so replaced that at £40 then in February this year as the car turned 100.000k it went in for its cam belt change £130 ad mentioned to mechanic that it had been revving on during gear change, he took out the idle control valve and it made the problem a million x worse he wiuldnt letme take it out of garage. He changed the pretensiometer, idle valve and speedo sensor, after a week of adjusting electrical things it returned to normal. He said KA's often have this problem. My sisters escort had same problem at 100000k miles we think its a ford trickery to get you to buy a new car

its small and easy to park and comfy and nippy when you need it
