Summary
What does this car say about you?
I don't think it could talk, but if it could I hope it said nice things as I took good care of it.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
They were surprised at how smooth it ran.
Would you buy this car again and why?
No but only because it's too small for my needs.
What are you likely to buy next?
Already have one, 2000 Ford Mondeo Verona 1.8.

No

£400

February 2013
Did you get a good deal and why?
Yes, it was in very good condition inside and out especially considering it was 16 years old.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
I needed a car.
What was the dealer like?
Not very dealer-like at all, mostly because they weren't a dealer.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
It was actually quite nice to drive, not very quick but it was confident through the corners even on its skinny little wheels, not a patch on the mondeo I have now however.
What's it like to park?
The lack of power steering meant it had a very good turning circle so actually quite good.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
A valve blew a couple of months in, but these things happen.
What's most practical about your car?
Easy to manoeuvre in small spaces, reasonable boot for a car of its size and age.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
The engine I guess, it's about the only gadget it had.
