What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
They agree it was a "sensible" purchase. My dad loves it as it's safe, practical and cheap - for me! He wouldn't drive one tho!
Would you buy this car again and why?
If it would mean going back to the Ford dealership (there's only 2 in Edinburgh, and the liar's dealership has the best stock) then no.
What are you likely to buy next?
If I could get one *not* through the deceitful dealer, a Zetec S, but as that's not likely probably a Corsa.

Less than guide price, probably because it was ex-demo
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
New job with lots of driving, poor old Polo wouldn't have liked it
What was the dealer like?
Charlatans! At first friendly, but salesman turned out to be a compulsive liar and did everything he could to get out of giving me the extras he'd promised (e.g. a year's tax - gave me tax disc off another car and tried to convince me it was legal...) Unfortunately for them I don't take no for an answer, and got everything promised, but only after 6 months of chasing them.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Very easy to drive, very comfortable too but is quite noisy on motorway. Performance great though, nippy around town, accelerates pretty quickly when it needs to but does not like being fully loaded. Great on country roads too, very little roll.
What's it like to park?
Very easy, no complaints

Have you had any problems with the car?
Trim is cheap and has associated problems e.g. knob to adjust wing mirror keeps coming off. Has sailed through service and MOT though
What's most practical about your car?
Space; I'm tall and find most small cars claustrophobic, this one is roomy for driver and passengers and has great boot space
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Got a poverty model, so not much in the way of frills, but height adjustable seat is great. Also the spoiler makes it look sporty
