Summary
What does this car say about you?
I am uncomfortable about my addiction to driving; really think I should be supporting the environment better by taking public transport. My car seems as environmentally acceptable as possible, by being small and not thirsty.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
It should be washed more often. It's a neat little car.
Would you buy this car again and why?
I don't plan to buy another car in the foreseeable future, maybe not ever.
What are you likely to buy next?
See above!

Buying experience
Type of dealer you bought from?
Independent
Did you buy this car new?
No
What price did you pay?
£4,000
When did you buy the car?
January 2011
Did you get a good deal and why?
I know and trust the garage to find the right sort of car and to ensure it is sound. I do not think it is the cheapest dealer but cost is only almost as important as reliability.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
I wanted a small but tidy car, modest on fuel consumption and insurance.
What was the dealer like?
Small, local, back street, long-established.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Nice in town because of size. Fine on long motorway runs, likes to be in 5th gear and coasting along at 70. No problems with uphill runs. A bigger engine would of course be faster but the Fiesta is by no means slow.
What's it like to park?
Simplicity!

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Nothing at all.
What's most practical about your car?
Size - living in London parking space is at a premium and I am rarely unable to squeeze in somewhere.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
I like the fact that her sidelights come on when I point the unlocking "key". I have also found this a useful detail when in a large car park, uncertain of which lane I parked in!
