Awfull (Hartwell Ford, Kidlington, Oxford). Dealer was not interested in resolving after sales problems.

Have you had any problems with the car?
Acouple of recalls, Heater would ALWAYS blow air onto feet, no matter where heater control knob was set, Air onto feet was always much Hotter than in rest of areas, so when trying to keep screen mist frww, warm air on screen ment HOT air on feet! Ford said was a feature not a fault!! Made the glue in my trainers melt :-( Had to sell car. Dealer did offer to buy it back for £2000. less than we paid two weeks before!
