Ford Fiesta (2002 - 2008) 1.25 Zetec Blue 5d Owner Review
Want to know everything there is to know about this car?
In their own words
A great car to drive and own. Plenty of space inside, reliable, nice to drive, and economical. The Zetec Blue is a very late model and looks great on the outside with everything fully colour-coded, smart 16" alloy wheels, and a spoiler. The interior is youthful thanks to the special blue-themed seats/dashboard. This model is also very well equipped; electric front windows, electric heated mirrors, air conditioning, Sony CD player, heated front windscreen. It's worth noting that very late run-out models also featured the Technology Pack (automatic headlights, rain-sensing wipers, power folding door mirrors) and Bluetooth with Voice Control, which adds some nice modern features to the car; improving the overall experience. The car has a 'big car' feel; holds the road really well and has a great ride, with low noise/vibration. I do a mixture of city/motorway driving; get around 37mpg very urban, and up to around 44mpg on the motorways, so I would say the average is around 40mpg. If you've got around £3000 to spend and want a smart, reliable car with a good range of features, then I wouldn't hesitate to recommend a Fiesta Zetec Blue.
How reliable do you find the car?
Have had very few issues at all. Initially the power steering was making a noise, this just turned out to be low fluid. The power folding mirror on the driver's side wasn't working correctly, but that was easily fixed by myself. The car wouldn't start once as I accidentally drained the battery, but after a little rest started no problem!About their car
