Ford Fiesta (2002 - 2008) 1.4 TDCi Zetec 5d (02) Owner Review
Want to know everything there is to know about this car?
In their own words
bought the car as a 1 year stop gap after years of company vehicles but after ironing out a few age related issues, we realised what a little gem it is and kept it. its nippy, very economical, very cheap to maintain, incredibly reliable, no rust and clearly built with quality and longevity in mind. we've now had it for 5 of its 20 years and taken it to 255,000 miles. the car styling still looks good and asside from a few little car park scars body is perfect.
whats not so good? the boot is a bit small but the rear seats fold flat making it van-like so no big drama. the steering is fussy with 195 sized tyres but the fix we found was with the Toyo CR2. otherwise, sound deadening 20 years ago wasn't as good as today and of course it doesn't come with lots of toys and gadgets built in.
if you want a car that rewards your pocket, has great handling and don't mind something built from 2002-2008 this generation of Fiesta is a must. maintenance tips etc: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCwt1HCdRK0iNiNhG-uNQztQ
