I'm a girl - it is purple of course

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

Family think it is cute but are loyal Honda devotees. Friends laugh when I tell them how many times it has been back to dealer for work to be done.

Would you buy this car again and why?

No.....but the new shape (Verve concept) is divine and if they make it in that hot magenta colour, then I would probaby be swayed.

What are you likely to buy next?

I should have gone for the new generation Corsa but too expensive at the time. Perhaps a Civic type S GT would be nice too

Did you get a good deal and why?

Yes, 2,500 off list and they forgot the 500 premium for a 5 door, we paid 3 door price.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

Our Mondeo was falling apart, wanted something with better fuel comsumption (or not as the case may be) and something with a warranty so I wouldn't have to fork out for repair bills for 3 years.

What was the dealer like?

We had a new salesman so he was easily worn down

What's it like to drive?

Not too good - I blame it on the Mazda (Duratec) engine, bring back the old true Zetecs. Gears can be a bit clunky but nice easy clutch. Fuel consumption not great either.

What's it like to park?

Very easy, small turning circle and great visibility.

Have you had any problems with the car?

Recall for clutch spring washer, fails to start on occasion - dealer can't find a fault although it has been in twice. Has had software update. Now leaking P/S fluid too.

What's most practical about your car?

An absolute doddle to park, great all round visibility.

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

Heated front screen!!! The best thing about Frauds.
