That we want a car that’s good to drive and that we can afford to drive.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

My girlfriend works in a garage and she keeps getting people trying to buy it. All our friends love it.

Would you buy this car again and why?

No we might as well keep the one we have. Don’t really like the new fiesta.

What are you likely to buy next?

Maybe a Zetec S focus. But it’s so good we might just keep it, and upset the people who want to buy it off us

it was left to my girlfriend by her granddad

What was the dealer like?

What's it like to drive?

It’s great to drive, handles really well, has loads of grip and little body roll. The handling more than makes up for the firm ride, due its sports suspension. There’s always power to spare makes overtaking easy. Engine is responsive ever if revs drop. The steering is well weighted at speed, and easy in town.

What's it like to park?

Small wing mirrors, but other than that it’s easy, just have to be careful of large alloys

Have you had any problems with the car?

Trim came off one of the doors cost £15 to replace

What's most practical about your car?

good fuel economy, low tax £30, good size boot. can get five people in for really sort trips.

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

trip computer, fog lights, really good headlights unlike pre face lift models. The sports seats are excellent
