What does this car say about you?

Good handling, good looks and economy show that this car is for people who like cars more than people who want to go from A to B. There are cheaper ways to get around but not this much fun or practical at a relatively low cost.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

Friends of same age are jealous of the superior ride, space and quietness. Not German build quality can lead to some comments.

Would you buy this car again and why?

I would but I would but be weary of Ford themselves, they seem to accept no liability for manufacturing errors, so if you end up with warrantee problems the dealers are your best bet to talk to. After my experience with Ford I am considering other brands.

What are you likely to buy next?

Probably a VW group car. Only due to Ford being unhelpful regarding a warrantee water leak. Great car though pity about the lack of customer service.

Did you get a good deal and why?

Much cheaper through a non Ford dealer, saved around £2000 on exactly the same car as I saw in a Ford dealer. ALso the warrantee caries over with the car so still covered!!!

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

Great handling, Great economy. Better looking than rivals. It is a Ford.

What was the dealer like?

Very helpful. Knew what they were talking about. Cheaper than rival dealers.

What's it like to drive?

Great handling, only have a 1.2L engine but it really moves, have also driven the 1.4 and it is far less economical and really not much faster at all, would defiantly recommend the 1.2.

What's it like to park?

So easy, alloys make a massive difference but with them you can turn the wheel very quickly and great visibility makes parking super easy. Even for a new driver.

Have you had any problems with the car?

I have experienced numerous water leaks due to manufacturing errors. This took 2 Ford dealers and Ford themselves over 16 days of having my car to fix. Be warned their customer relations department do NOT care about you. They were not apologetic for misinforming me they were unwilling to provide me anything more than a service for loosing several days of work. They kept transferring me to the wrong departments, not ringing when they said they would. Going back on what they told me. When I spoke to a manager I was left feeling worried that my car is poorly build and that when the warrantee runs out it will fall apart. Be warned other manufacturers are much more helpful!!!!!

What's most practical about your car?

Very comfortable both in ride and passenger space.

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

Bluetooth handsfree is a must. The standard stereo has a great sound to it. USB and aux input are great.
