What does this car say about you?

not sure really. it looks very differet to Fords of the past and is fantastic to look at inside. the Scosmic pink colour or whatever they call it will turn heads.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

its a Fiesta! student banger and girlmobile image very difficult to shake!

Would you buy this car again and why?

nope. too expensive methinks. little room in the back for passngers due to a slopey rear

Suzuki Swift or Panda. cheap and has good image

It was a courtesy car i got for a week while mine was in garage.

What was the dealer like?

Maxwell motors are not great at servicing cars that are not Fords! I bought my SEAT from them and they had to send away for the part which was wrong first time around. They also neglected to push the plastic bumper back in. I was told by another dealer at SEAT Earlston that this would cost £200 to fix as well as a scratch. I took it back to Maxwell and the bumper was fixed in 10 minutes. Before the job had not been done because "we had a lot on and didnt get round to it!". sorry not convinced and not impressed either.

What's it like to drive?

Very nice low sounding engine which almost drive itself. and therein lay the problem. i never really felt like i was driving it. couldnt hear the engine so often forget what gear i was in and prob lost some MPG because of that. had a tendency to feel strange when going round corners on country roads like the back end was sliding but it wasnt as road was bone dry! not a great drive as i prefer to have more feedback steering very light. though this is all compared to my 1 litre car which is an 04 plate and has none of this so maybe was just used to a livelier/more responsive car

What's it like to park?

easy but the pillars are a little in the way and small rear window

nope as said before only a week drive

What's most practical about your car?

the seating position was great and boot is deep and very well made.

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

all gadgets in front of you and nice to touch though i had to stretch to adjust the CD player when the steering mounted controls couldnt suffice!
