Summary
What does this car say about you?
Either that you love a stylish car, or that you run with the pack. Since we bought it, it seems the car has exploded and its everywhere.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Very pretty, very advanced and many are in envy. Don't judge a book by its cover, evidently.
Would you buy this car again and why?
No, I wouldn't. Nowhere near as economical as it should be. Its overly fussy as well. That big car feel which helps its cruising credentials also makes it seem somewhat pretentious.
What are you likely to buy next?
We've already got the finance done on a Chevrolet Spark 1.2L LT. And we're loving it!

We got an excellent deal. We managed to get a top specification model, along with Metallic Paint, leather seating and the extra blue tooth communication pack for around 10,200 due to military discount.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Looks, Military Discount, High specification, Manufacturer loyalty.
What was the dealer like?
Friendly, efficient and humerous. Just the right balance of personality, and business man like efficiency.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Much more a drivers car than a commuters car. the 1.4l Duratec engine has proven itself to be sprightly and powerful, easily capable of performance that would betray a car of its size. Happily and quietly cruises at 70, and still has plenty of juice for overtaking. Unfortunately, economy has proven poor and we have only maxed out at 39 and this was a motorway trip. Our average was around 35 which is little better than our 12 year old 1.8l petrol Focus. Quite heavy steering, and the brakes are spongy when compared to our second car a Hyundai i30.
What's it like to park?
Adequate. Heavy steering doesnt help, but the cars dimensions aren't that large. the Gearbox changes smoothly so doing complicated manoeuvres arent that challenging.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
The stereo has a habit of switching channels at random, the bluetooth is a tad problematic and the trip computer has shut down once. All sorted under warranty, apparently some form of computer error.
What's most practical about your car?
Relatively sizeable boot. Not the biggest, but fairly good.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Easily the blue-tooth system when it works. Flawless, and recognises the voices very well. Had some trouble syncing with some phones though, watch that one.
