What does this car say about you?

It turns heads, especially as it's in the Hot Magenta colour with 17" wheels. My wife loves it - I can't prise her out of it.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

Everyone seems interested in it, but that's probably due to the fact it's a new model and there aren't that many around yet. When every other house has one outside it'll be just another Ford.

Would you buy this car again and why?

Yes, but not until facelift time when it should get some worthwhile mechanical upgrades.

Another Ford most likely.

Did you get a good deal and why?

Brand new model so no worthwhile discounts. Haggled a few bits and pieces which cheered me up a bit.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

Bought it for my wife who had a previous shape Zetec S. We only went into the dealer for a look and she fell in love with it immediately.

What was the dealer like?

Excellent. Bought last three new Fords from them.

What's it like to drive?

It's so much better than the old model in every respect. The engine is very quiet under normal driving but has a sporty induction note when pressing on. It rides like a bigger car and the handling is sporty enough to put a smile on your face when you want to play.

What's it like to park?

Rear three quarter visibility is poor. Reversing sensors highly recommended.

Have you had any problems with the car?

Hatchback open warning appearing when it was closed.

What's most practical about your car?

It's a Fiesta so it's very easy to live with
