Ford Fiesta (2008 - 2017) 1.6 Zetec S 3d Owner Review

In their own words
The best car I have owned! I have had VWs and Toyotas in the past, this is my first Ford, and it wont be my last! My Dad liked my car so much he bought one too! He got the newer 1.0L Ecoboost which is nipier, sounds great and is free to tax, it even has the arm rest with storage i have been longing for so definate improvements made in the newer generation! all in all I love these cars and would recommend a fiesta to anyone, feels sporty to drive, good handling makes it a pleasure to drive it just feels agile and well grounded. the engine pulls well enough to be fun, not feel sluggish and for safe overtaking. The bluetooth kit is good, the speakers are good, the CD player, radio and Aux in all work well. I spend a lot of time arguing with the voice command as it doesnt understand my scottish accent too well but I think thats probably more my fault. Car still turns some heads and everyone who sees it comments on what a nice car it is.
How reliable do you find the car?
The person who owned the car before me totally thrashed it before handing it back to the dealer to be handed to me, I saw it at the back of the dealer, completely covered in mud, they washed it before they gave it to me but the thrashing had caused multiple little niggly issues, most of which were fixed under the 2 month warranty but the rest of which i have lived with and fixed whenever iv had the time and money. Overall the car has been incredibly reliable and parts are cheap. The engine can stutter when cold at low revs at times, causing the car to nearly stall/lurch which can be a pain at times, no one seems to know what the issue is though.Does the car do everything you expected it to do?
I bought the car as a fun and cheaper alternative to my old corolla T-sport. Its a good all rounder, fun, cheap and practical. i have a large German Shepherd mix who fits nicely in the boot nicely, My parents have 2 large dogs who fit in the boot of their fiesta too! (just and no more!) the back has enough room for my nephews big child seat and an adult (or 2 if they're small). The front is very spacious. The only thing I miss is an arm rest with storage in it.About their car
