Summary
What does this car say about you?
I'm a down to earth person that likes hot hatches.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Generally positive. They find the suspension hard as passengers. Some think it's a bit "chavvy" (I'd probably agree with them).
Would you buy this car again and why?
Yes - it's the most fun car I've ever driven and has no significant flaws.
What are you likely to buy next?
Hard to say - but if I was buying now it would be another Fiesta ST!

Buying experience
Type of dealer you bought from?
Franchised
Did you buy this car new?
Yes
What price did you pay?
£0
When did you buy the car?
October 2013
Did you get a good deal and why?
I think so. Good discounts are available.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Took a test drove and loved the way it handled. All the controls feel perfectly weighted.
What was the dealer like?
Excellent. I tried a large dealership at first and I didn't like them - they tried to pressure me into a car they had in stock which wasn't the right spec/colour for me. I ended up buying from a small independent who listened to everything I wanted and got me the ideal car.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Amazing. I've had other hot hatches before, but this is on another level. It's incredibly engaging and fun.
What's it like to park?
Easy enough - it's a Fiesta. Visibility could be better though.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Nothing
What's most practical about your car?
I don't need the practicality so it doesn't bother me, but comparing to similar cars it's not the most practical car you could choose. The good news is the boot is pretty big and the seats do fold down. The bad news is the Recaro front seats are large, restricting rear legroom. The rear seat bases don't lift like in most cars I've had before, so when you drop the rear seat backs they don't lay anywhere near flat. It's not bad, but I wouldn't say it's as practical as some other cars in its class.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Ford Sync is simply superb. The quickclear windscreen is also brilliant.
