Would like an S-MAX for the extra seats but would settle for another newer C-MAX.

Did you get a good deal and why?

Yes, very very low miles full ford service history, immaculate condition.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

New arrival to the family so needed another car suitable for the job.

What was the dealer like?

Only spoke over the phone as we order through our local Ford branch as the car was at a Scottish dealership.

What's it like to drive?

Very good. I believe its on the Focus platform and having owned a Focus before there really isn't much difference in the handling, expect the C-MAX being taller and the seats do not hold you as tight. Cruising is comfortable, handling is sharp and it's brilliant in the snow as well.

What's it like to park?

Pretty easy with good all round visibility, however the lip on the rear bumper takes some getting used to when judging space behind.

Have you had any problems with the car?

Injector seal failed, £20 parts, less than 30 mins DIY

What's most practical about your car?

Size - it's massive inside the cabin and the boot again is huge, took pushcair, rest of baby kit and 3 large suitcases on holiday for a week.

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

Middle seat folds down into a table and the outer seats slide back and in to give 2 rear passengers a lot more leg room and a table like surface with cup holders between them.
