Family man.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

Family liked it at the time of purchase, but not so much after it let us down.

Would you buy this car again and why?

No. Ultimately unreliable and therefore I cannot recommend it.

We purchased an Insignia.

At the time yes.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

Had just started a family and needed something more practical than our KA.

What was the dealer like?

Very helpful.

What's it like to drive?

For a tall car it was actually quite fun to drive but in strong cross winds it did became a little unsettling. My wife however really disliked having to drive it, she's quite short and found it very difficult to get a comfortable driving position.

What's it like to park?

Based on the focus so I found it easy. However with no parking sensors my wife did struggle a little.

Have you had any problems with the car?

Unfortunately Yes. After just 2 years one of the AC pipes ruptured and needed to be replaced. Despite being regular serviced the engine block developed a terminal fault which resulted in a catastrophic loss of oil and a repair estimate in excess of the cars market value.

What's most practical about your car?

Interior space and good boot size.

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

Air Con, electric windows and ABS.
