Very Unreliable. Type in problems with Ford C_max into Google and steer clear. Numerous forums and site. Wish I had done that.

No, reliability is rubbish and Service from the Dealer and Ford UK is non-existent

Have you had any problems with the car?

Where do I start? Clock that resetss itself all the time. A radio which comes on when it feels like it. Boot lock that keeps breaking meaning that the boot opens when driving. And now at 53,000 miles the ECU has gone costing £1140 to repair and Ford say that sometimes they only last that long. They have a major problem that I chose, as the law states, not to get it serviced at their garage, but at another VAT registered garage who use only Ford parts. Incidentally the first time I took it there he showed me that Ford themselves had not used Ford recommended parts. We are now faced with a huge bill that Ford will not help with. I had the same problem with a Peugeot and they immediately refunded the cost of the repair. Its now been in the garage a week in which time they have not pr
