Economy
Value
You get a lot for what you pay, only thing missing is cruise control, I added the internal light and windscreen wiper stalk from the ghia models just for personal convenience.
Costs
Cheap insurance, fuel costs are ok if doing motorway miles, expensive if just popping out locally on a daily basis.
-
On the road
Driving
Excellent handling, road noise is quite bad.
Performance
Can be sluggish up hills, you have to get a good speed up or drop a few gears to overtake.
-
Living with it
Reliability
Never had any problems with the car since purchase, same with previous owner.
Image
On the exterior the car is basically a standard 3 door focus, only real difference is the alloys that are not the standard Zetec ones and there is also a chrome decal on the exhaust, I changed my alloys to 17" ones from Ford and the car looks much better.
Comfort
Drivers seat is very comfortable, never sit on the others for any length of time but I have been told they are quite comfortable.

Security and Service
Security
Standard immobiliser, dead locks and visible VIN numbers, missing an alarm.
Service
Ford's service has been great, can be a bit expensive, have to use dealer for warranty purposes.
