Economy
Value
When you consider what you get, heated seats, leather, heated front window, cd player etc, not bad at all.
Costs
Not too bad, I've eaten a few sets of tires, mainly my own fault, & needed new disks and pads on its second service.

Driving
Very easy to drive, smooth flowing, handles extremely well. Not the most responsive of engines, but then its only a 1.6.
Performance
Its not lightening by any means, but for the 1.6 Zetech, is a good engine, its got a little bit of poke, but your not going to win the BTCC in it.

Living with it
Reliability
In general it's been very reliable, always started and ran well, apart from when the starter motor seized! which Ford replaced straight away without any fuss.
Image
It's a Focus not a DB9.
Comfort
You can't go wrong with nice heated leather seats in the winter, but it can get a little bit hot in the summer. Seats are firm and supportive, fine for a long trip.

Security and Service
Security
Nothing amazing to report here.
Service
Service from my Ford dealer has never been anything other than first class. They sometimes do need a little bit of a helping hand though.
