Economy
Value
Bought at 6 months old with 340 miles on clock.
Costs
Averaging 35 mpg on short motorway hop to work, and 40 mpg on a run.
-
On the road
Driving
All the toys you need. Over the shoulder vision is impaired by the door pillar.
Performance
Not hot, but very warm for a family sized hatch. Surprises a few at the lights when floored.
-
Living with it
Image
The three-door is the best looking Focus, without a doubt.
Comfort
Large doors make reaching for seatbelt difficult. Lovely seats. Air con is a must.

Security and Service
Security
No alarm fitted as standard, but are they worth having anyway? Deadlocks and immobiliser as standard are enough I think.
Service
Dealer was excellent. I was undecided between new or nearly new and the salesman could deal with either. This is NOT the case in the majority of dealerships with various manufacturers.
