Summary
What does this car say about you?
It says that I know what the best possible car was for the budget i had set myself.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Some joke that it is a grandads car but I wouldnt even consider the types of cars they drive so doesnt bother me. Others know that it serves its purpose for the time i have it.
Would you buy this car again and why?
I already did, for reasons i previously stated.
What are you likely to buy next?
When my situation improves i will most likely get a Nissan Navara and use this everyday. Due to how dirty my cars get from my bikes etc.

Buying experience
Type of dealer you bought from?
Didn't buy from a dealer
Did you buy this car new?
No
What price did you pay?
£1,500
When did you buy the car?
September 2012
Did you get a good deal and why?
I bought the car from a friend so i knew its history well and that it had been looked after. I bought it for a bit more than the dealer offered on trade in so I knew i was getting it cheaper than a dealer or private sale.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
I bought this car because money constraints meant i had to trade down and i wanted something cheap to own and run. Id previously owned a 1.8 zetec of the same year and knew it was a car that ticked all my boxes for comfort, handling and reliability.
What was the dealer like?
N/a

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
This car is easy to drive whether in town or out on the open road. Good all round visibility, good turning circle and predictable handling means you are never caught out in weather with reduced traction, easy to gauge distances when parking and dont miss a cyclist or someone hiding in blind spots that have had on other similar cars. The only negative really is in the snow it doesnt get out my street which is only the slightest of hills.
What's it like to park?
Easy, Steering isnt heavy, visibility is good, and easy to gauge the size of the car. For tighter spots.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
This car generally wants for nothing. There have been a couple of things but nothing what you wouldnt expect from a 9 year old 70k mile car. break pads and discs etc.
What's most practical about your car?
5 door means when ive got the back seats down i can easily access what i have in. Regularly go mountainbiking and easier to put the seats town and thrown the bike in the back then to mess around with bike racks.
