Economy
Value
So far so good.
Costs
The clutch had to be replaced which proved to be costly, but general costs such as fuel consumption are good.
-
On the road
Driving
Very responsive, a real pleasure to be behind the wheel.
Performance
Not bad for a 1.8, although not a Zetec model, it does still use the same engine unit. The car eats away the motorway miles and is generally a good all rounder.

Living with it
Reliability
Car always starts first time, no niggling problems at present.
Image
Styling is still fresh for its age, plenty of decent aftermarket products to keep the car looking even more up to date.
Comfort
Havn't had any problems with discomfort so far, the driving position is comfortable due to the height of the seat which is higher than most cars.

Security and Service
Security
Standard factory immobiliser and alarm which have been fine at present, touch wood!
Service
To be honest I've only used Ford while the car was still under it's 12 month warranty where the service wasn't brilliant, now use an independant motor specialist.
