I have the mk1 which they stopped making in 2005. I am up to 105k and intend to keep the car. More reliable than a golf and better to drive.

Focus mk2 2.0 tdci.

Did you get a good deal and why?

Yes - Evans Halshaw had a "wont be beaten price" and they were absloutely right . I got the cheapest 115bhp tdci focus with the lowest mileage and newest age in the country.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

Handling and value for money.

What was the dealer like?

Very good.

What's it like to drive?

The best . In fact all fords drive good. You can outhandle bmw's particularly in the wet.

What's it like to park?

Easy

Have you had any problems with the car?

Flywheel at 40k (cost £400) . Broken flywheels are a fact of all modern diesels- no matter who the manufacturer is . VW Golf flywheel cost is over £1k.

What's most practical about your car?

Focus's are good all rounders.

Parking sensors !
